A deposit equal to one day's rental fee is required at the time a reservation is made. The balance is due upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded if reservations are canceled more than 7 days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, a refund will be made only if we are able to rent the room for the dates reserved. A three-night minimum is required on all national holiday weekends and the Columbus Day Weekend. On all other weekends, a minimum of 2 nights is required. Shorter stays are possible as space is available.
